When questions arise and then are openly asked and are either not taken seriously, belittled or a condescending remark is made concerning some portion of that question……a division arises and strife may be caused.
I know, I have had this happened to me on more than one occasion. In school, at work and by other Christians. When it occurs I withdrawl, so as not to become engaged in an unproductive conversation. However, from then on I don’t fully trust the others persons ability to answer further inquires accurately. It’s because of their attitude when we last met.

Has is been challenging keeping up the reading? No, each days reading is short and to the point which holds my interest. I actually look forward to the time each day that I do get to read. I have no set time so there is never any pressure. Also, I have found even if it’s late at night, because I’ve had to wait until the end off the day, the chapters are maybe 6 pages so no problem for me to read them before bed.

Have you checked out the website? Kinda

This was a walk down memory lane for me. Sometimes I really hate looking back and wincing at all the mistakes that I have made.
Stumbling though life, offending other people etc. etc. etc. Oh well, life is a growing process and recognizing that repenting and moving forward into the image of Christ step by step daily is the path that I am now on.
It’s so simple but sometimes so hard to focus and ignore all the distractions that the world has to offer.
Still, I have read the end of the book and know with Jesus… I WIN!

More than once I’ve stepped into something that if not divine intervention I would have been destroyed, one way or the other. Physical, financially, mentally without Gods guidance when mistakes are made it can effect relationships that may never recover. It’s truly scary looking back and fully understanding what the consequences could and should have been. The Lord has really been good to me and my family in so many areas.

I am reading and studying a book entitled “ The Richest Man Who Ever Lived” by Steven K. Scott this is a keeper. I am going to also read “The Greatest Words Ever Spoken” same author and it has every word Jesus spoke to us.

Maybe these books would be of interest to you. I got them from the library and am now going to buy them… maybe on Amazon at a discount. Anyway, if you have any good books to share I for one would just love to know about them. Take care…

I know quite a few people who claim to be atheists. This seems to be an emotional issue for them. No logical or historical feedback do they ever provide to substantiate their position…it is always, I think, I feel, I believe or I know. They say that they just don’t believe or if they do, they believe some part but not enough to follow up, they think every path can lead to truth.

The book, that I just read, “More Than a Carpenter” is a really good information manual and has a great approach to communicating some data that could get a non believer to think…hey, what if I’m dead wrong? Dead lasts a long time…hmmmmmm maybe there is something to the Resurrection after all. Historically, can it be proved? By who? What happens if it is true? How can I really find out if it is really true?

Anyway, I think that if answers can be provided and the communication is respectful during the discovery process as to the other person interest and needs, that the Holy Spirit will do the rest. IMHO

Strange how many times people will interrupt us by…pouring out their hearts to us or offering their opinions to us when we are engaged in our daily activities and in a hurry to boot.
It’s as if we have a sign printed on our foreheads that invite them to do. I have for a long time now believed that it is God doing the directing. I am now pretty much prepared for this type of …out of no where…where did they come from contact. Now, I just listen to them…ask questions and realize that maybe a seed will be planted in them. Also, many times I am blessed by meeting them as well.

I might mention also that Michael Oliver’s communication system…www.naturalselling.com has benefited me greatly when speaking with people and has taken the fear of rejection out of speaking with people. It has been a true revelation and is widely used to train people how to approach and contact without the fear, anxiety or losing your friends when you do have something to share.

His book is a national best seller and he offers a lot of free material on his web site.

Take care all…

Wow…Day 4 is a read to remember…for me at least! Funny how I can prioritize a stressful or an important item, so that it seem to somehow get completed. I notice that I move it from my “Some Day Maybe List” of things to do, to my “Action List” of things to…as taught by David Allen, (GTD) Getting Things Done, www.davidco.com

He asserts that there is no such thing a Time Management...no one can hoard time…or herd minutes or save seconds, in a bottle. Rather, we can only manage our own actions and we are all accountable for our own actions.

30 days seems like a long time…unless that is all the time I would have to live…as in the Day 4 Adventure.

Of course if I were on FIRE…30 days might be way to long! I guess like in the video, here on the blog, maybe the question should be asked when we don’t witness the Gosspel to our neighbors…remember the one that Penn asks?

Anyway, I really like this book… so far…it does have a lot of…food for thought and I’m sure there will be some questions to be asked as we all go along.

God Bless and take care.
