Day 17 The Cowboy

This segment hits home.

I think by design I am some what adventurous and  will take a lot of risk…it is just the way I am wired….as far as I can figure.  I have a lot of faith but must be careful it is not misplaced. That has happened in the past and now I am a bit more cautious…a little anyway.

More than once I’ve stepped into something that if not divine intervention I would have been destroyed, one way or the other. Physical, financially, mentally without Gods guidance when mistakes are made it can effect relationships that may never recover. It’s truly scary looking back and fully understanding what the consequences could and should have been. The Lord has really been good to me and my family in so many areas.

I am reading and studying a book entitled “ The Richest Man Who Ever Lived” by Steven K. Scott this is a keeper. I am going to also read “The Greatest Words Ever Spoken” same author and it has every word Jesus spoke to us.

Maybe these books would be of interest to you. I got them from the library and am now going to buy them… maybe on Amazon at a discount. Anyway, if you have any good books to share I for one would just love to know about them. Take care…
