Who has really loved you like Jesus?
I think examples of people who have really loved us inspire us to love others. Nothing eternal gets done without love. Post a short example of how someone in your life has been an example of God’s love to you.

Beside my husband, another man has loved me the way Jesus does. At the time though, we were in high-school. I dated any guy who said hi to me, I was starving for male attention, though God was in my heart, and I knew there were physical limits to this attention, I emotionally gave them everything. Then I started going to youth group at our old church, this boy was different. He really listened to what I had to say and seemed to care about me – for real! He showed me a whole different side to what I had known boys to be, and made me promise not to leave the church if we broke up. We did break up, but due to my respect for him, I didn’t leave. God used that guy to keep me there and that’s where I met my amazing husband. To this day my husband and I are friends with this guy (they grew up together) and I will always cherish his love for God and the way he loved me, just like Jesus. No conditions, just a great man being used by a great God.
Someone who has really loved me like Jesus? Well, I met him when I was in 6th or 7th grade. From the very start, I could tell that he loved Jesus by the way he loved me. Always offering rides or money for things like camps or even lunch, he prayed for me and showed me that God’s love was unbelievable. No one else had ever invested in me, as a father, like him. When he began to help teach the Sonshine Club I helped at, all of the kids began to call him, “Dad”. Even though I was another leader, I also picked up the nickname. But to me, it was more than that. He was my spiritual father, and has been ever since. This past May, my high school small group had a father-daughter dance, and he came as my dad. I will never be able to fully describe the impact he has had on my life, nor will I ever be able to thank him enough. The love that he has shown me has led me closer to Jesus, and I constantly pray that he will be blessed. God is so amazing to provide me with a dad like Kevin Miller.
